Wisdom & Beauty

The Goodness of God’s Design

Connection Point Biblical Counseling Conference
June 3-5, 2027 | Atlanta, GA

A conference for those who counsel,
shepherd, equip, and care for others.

Who is this for?

Faithful care requires more than knowing the right answer. It requires wisdom: knowing how truth should shape the way we understand people, respond to suffering, make decisions, cultivate relationships, and live faithfully in the world God has made.

Connection Point creates a place for serious biblical teaching, practical application, and meaningful relationships among people who take that responsibility seriously.

This conference brings together :

  • counselors, pastors, ministry leaders, disciplers, educators, parents, creatives, and others who regularly find themselves walking alongside people through the complexities of life.

What unites us is not a professional title, but a shared responsibility:

People have been entrusted to our care, and we want to handle that responsibility with greater biblical depth, practical wisdom, and faithfulness.

Wisdom & Beauty will explore how those realities shape our understanding of the life people were created for and, ultimately, the way we care for one another.

Biblical teaching.
Practical formation.
Meaningful connection.

Attendees will encounter teaching substantive enough to deepen their understanding, formation practical enough to change the way they care for others, and a community strong enough that they leave knowing they are not doing this work alone.

Worship:

The Church at Brook Hills

Worship is an important part of our gathering. We were made to worship—to recognize the wisdom and beauty of God’s good design and respond with our whole selves in wonder, gratitude, and praise.

We are so pleased to announce the return of our worship leaders from 2026, The Church at Brook Hills.

Their team helped create some of the most meaningful moments of our inaugural conference, and we’re grateful to have them joining us again as we gather around this year’s theme of Wisdom & Beauty: The Goodness of God’s Design.

Wisdom for the work of care.
Beauty
for the life we were made for.

What to Expect

Featuring over 30 speakers and artist sessions in a combination of plenary sessions designed to establish a strong biblical and theological foundation, with breakouts that move toward specific areas of practice and application, accommodating both experienced practitioners and those newer to the work, with clearer pathways that allow attendees to find material appropriate to their level.

What You’ll Leave With

Attendees will leave Connection Point 2027 Conference with:

  • A richer biblical understanding of what people were created for.

  • Greater wisdom and confidence in caring for real people.

  • Practical applications they can carry directly into counseling, ministry, leadership, family, and discipleship.

  • A renewed capacity to recognize beauty, joy, and God’s goodness in the midst of difficult work.

  • Meaningful relationships with people who understand the responsibility of caring for others.

  • A clearer sense that theological depth and practical care do not have to be competing priorities.

Biblical Depth for the Real Work of Care

Connection Point begins with a clear commitment to the authority and sufficiency of Scripture. The Bible is not one resource among many for understanding human beings. It provides the foundational story through which we understand who people are, what they were made for, what has gone wrong, and where true hope is found.

At the same time, faithfulness to Scripture should make us more attentive to the complexity of actual people, not less.

Connection Point therefore occupies a deliberate space between theological depth and real-world practice. The conference should consistently help attendees move from biblical conviction toward wise application, asking not only, “What is true?” but also, “What does faithfulness look like here, with this person, in this circumstance?
