This conference brings together counselors, pastors, ministry leaders, disciplers, educators, parents, creatives, and others who regularly find themselves walking alongside people through the complexities of life.
What unites us is not a professional title, but a shared responsibility:
People have been entrusted to our care, and we want to handle that responsibility with greater biblical depth, practical wisdom, and faithfulness.
Wisdom & Beauty will explore how those realities shape our understanding of the life people were created for and, ultimately, the way we care for one another.
Attendees will encounter teaching substantive enough to deepen their understanding, formation practical enough to change the way they care for others, and a community strong enough that they leave knowing they are not doing this work alone.
Faithful care requires not only an understanding of what is broken, but a compelling vision of what is true, good, rightly ordered, and beautiful.

Featuring over 30 speakers and artist sessions in a combination of plenary sessions designed to establish a strong biblical and theological foundation, with breakouts that move toward specific areas of practice and application, accommodating both experienced practitioners and those newer to the work, with clearer pathways that allow attendees to find material appropriate to their level.

Worship is an important part of our gathering. We were made to worship—to recognize the wisdom and beauty of God’s good design and respond with our whole selves in wonder, gratitude, and praise.

Biblical Depth for the Real Work of Care
Connection Point begins with a clear commitment to the authority and sufficiency of Scripture. The Bible is not one resource among many for understanding human beings. It provides the foundational story through which we understand who people are, what they were made for, what has gone wrong, and where true hope is found.
At the same time, faithfulness to Scripture should make us more attentive to the complexity of actual people, not less.
Connection Point therefore occupies a deliberate space between theological depth and real-world practice. The conference should consistently help attendees move from biblical conviction toward wise application, asking not only, “What is true?” but also, “What does faithfulness look like here, with this person, in this circumstance?
